We’ve wrapped up the final dives for the Protect Our Reefs grant in the Florida Keys. The data collected will inform coral restoration strategies under changing environmental conditions.
Collaborating with Dr Lauren Toth's team of the USGS as the highlight of the year as a Fulbright scholar in the Florida Keys, and it's awesome to see the results published!

In July 2024, I officialt began a Smith Conservation Fellow. Still based at NSU, I am partnering with NOAA and a whole team of conservation and academic partners to explore the interface of biogeochemistry with reef restoration. Looking forward to new experiments and collaborations as part of this project!
In June 2025, I made my first expedition to the Great Barrier Reef as a Lizard Island Postdoctoral Fellow and to join the NSF IRES fieldtrip led by Dr Cyronak.
